Each run’s best NPU peak, under the chip the NPU is part of. It’s the NPU’s own figure, even when the run’s score came from another processor.

Highest: the largest single run. Median: the middle run. Average: the mean of all the runs in the group. With one or two runs in a group, median and average are the same number. Group figures are recalculated periodically, so a new result can reach the Top 20 first.

The score is the most TOPS the device’s best engine produced, any precision that passes the math check, labelled with the engine and number format. The large-batch peak and the box total sit beside the score, never in it, so they don’t count here. Score versions are separate series: figures compare only within one version.
